Abstract:
One of the very first measures of BiH authorities in the beginning of transition process were liberation of foreign trade. Effects of taking those measures apart from whole set of measures which should made country more competitive showed negative for recovering of during the war vastly wrecked industry capacities. Answer we are looking for in this work is: Is it possible today to create such foreign trade policy which could bring well effects in short and long terms in aspect of employment knowing obligations from foreign trade liberations agreements that BiH already ratified.
